• Early fee deadline: July 1, 2024

• Regular fee deadline: July 2 - August 20, 2024

• Late fee: Onsite

NOTE: Online pre-registration will close on August 20, 2024.

After this date registration will still be possible, but only onsite at the conference venue on September 12 - 14, 2024.

• All participants will have to pay the fee mentioned in the registration to be granted access to the conference.
  Participants paying through bank transfers will only be granted access once the payment has been received by the EHMSG Conference organisers. Bank payments will be possible only until August 20, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:

• until July 5, 2024: 50% refund

• from July 6, 2024: no refund​

ABSTRACTS

• The deadline to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster presentation is May 6, 2024 at 24:00 CEST.

​Notification of Acceptance:

• All abstracts will be reviewed by the peer reviewers in June 2024.​

• Authors will be notified on acceptance by email by the end of June 2024.
